Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be wrongly described or damaged in transit.  It's of the utmost importance that all items that we offer for sale are correctly described with regards age and condition. 

If your item arrives damaged. Please inform us immediately. A photo of the damage to the items is required. If your package arrives damaged please record this on any documentation that the shippers request signatures for. A photograph of damaged packaging ideally before being unwrapped is important.  If the item has been unwrapped before being found to be damaged. A photo of any damage to the packaging is important. 

Care and attention to packing is important for you and your item. Therefore it is important to us.

The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging where possible when returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is credited to your account. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account.

If your refund is approved because of your item being wrongly described or being damaged in transit, then the shipping cost will also be refunded if separately charged to the purchase price. 

All other approved returns cost of shipping must be paid for by you the client.

All returns are your responsibility (unless otherwise agreed in writing by Barcelona Antiguedades SL) regards suitable repacking,  trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that although we take great care with packing, because of the fragility of some frames and glass glazed pictures, we are unable to guarantee or take responsibility of safe arrival of frames and glass used in glazing of pictures including any damage caused to an item because of breakage of frames or glass used for glazing pictures. We are happy to remove any glass used for glazing a picture before shipping if requested. If you have any concerns of the fragility of a frame or glazing glass, including any damage done to the item because of breakage, we strongly advise you taking out additional insurance for items in transit before your item is shipped.
